Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Jordan Grace LLC / AREA 54. By purchasing, booking, or participating in our classes, events, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for classes, events, memberships, video purchases, or digital products.

In certain cases, a credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or removal from services.

2. Class Bookings & Attendance

Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled classes.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted depending on class structure

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes when necessary

3. Studio Conduct

AREA 54 is committed to providing a positive, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who:

  • Is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe

  • Harasses staff or other clients

  • Fails to follow studio guidelines

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

4. Video, Photography & Media Release

By attending classes or events, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken.

You grant Jordan Grace LLC / AREA 54 the right to:

  • Record your participation

  • Use photos/videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in writing prior to class.

5. Intellectual Property

All choreography, class content, videos, and materials are the exclusive property of Jordan Grace LLC / AREA 54.

You may not:

  • Teach, replicate, or distribute choreography for commercial use

  • Record and share full routines without permission

  • Sell or reuse any content created in our classes

6. Video Purchases

Class videos are for personal use only.

  • Videos may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes

  • Unauthorized sharing may result in removal from future services

7. Digital Products & Online Content

For any online classes, memberships, or digital content:

  • Access is granted to one individual only

  • Login information may not be shared

  • Content may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Assumption of Risk

By participating in dance classes and related activities, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, in addition to any waiver signed through our booking platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jordan Grace LLC / AREA 54 is not liable for:

  • Injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation

  • Lost or stolen personal belongings

  • Indirect or incidental damages related to services

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify class schedules, instructors, pricing, or services

  • Cancel or reschedule classes or events as needed

11. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for:

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • Payment disputes or fraud

12. Legal & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
